Using Sen5e’s FOCUS Solution to define the optimal customer avatar and understand the pain, frustration, wants and aspirations we determined that current customers sought out Webware for their ability to distill the complexity of digital marketing into a simple solution and the ability to vastly improve their local search rankings.
From these learnings we set about designing, writing and producing two unique content pieces that became the pivotable marketing pieces fueling the majority of the lead generation.
The first piece the Digital Marketing Guide for Small Business that provides prospects with a complete understanding of the digital marketing landscape including a framework to identify business needs, an overview of the available solutions and an approach to evaluate options to help the prospects make a choice of what solution is best for their business.
The second piece is the Local SEO Super Guide was designed to help small businesses understand exactly what to focus on in order to improve their local search rankings.
Once the pieces were complete, we were also responsible for defining the Customer Journey that logically moved the prospects through the funnel, experiencing value at every step of the process.
The Customer Journey was supported with the development, deployment and optimization Paid Promotion (Social & PPC), the creation of a new Inbound Sales Process, strategic Email Drip Development and development of support Webinar(s).
