Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven search engine to assist in the handling of standard and non-standard public inquiries via a web interface.

 

The software was complementary to existing CRM systems and provided the end-user with natural language search/results capabilities. Additionally, the system automatically provided the administrators with the ability to monitor and manage queries where there were no or less desirable results. The administrators could then revised or curate responses to be included in future query results.

 

The company had the product but did not have a name. This project was focused on creating a name and identity that not only stood out but was easy to recall. The team felt that software enabled users to get to a very specific destination (an answer) that was akin to taking a taxi (or rideshare) where you simply provide a query and you arrive at your destination – so Digital Taxi was born.

 

The visual we landed on was an abstraction of a map that not only conveyed the idea of getting to the ‘right destination’ but provided a great design element to be used throughout many different executions.

Clean typography was combined with a vibrant and rich color palette that strayed away from the typical blue and green color palettes of the technology market.
